WISHING YOU A JOYOUS HOLIDAY SEASON AND A WONDERFUL NEW YEAR!

We are very humbled and excited to share this news!  In March, Jessika began teaching hula to children in our new studio in Redondo Beach. In August, she completed formal ʻūniki training under her teacher of 26 years, Kumu Hula Rolanda Mohala Reese.  And in November, Hālau Hula Laʻikūokealaula debuted in a hōʻike that also featured Jessikaʻs graduating class and the students of her fellow new kumu hula.  The hālau has already grown to 35 people, with new adult and teen classes that started in the fall.  We are so thankful for all of the families who are on this hula journey with us, and we are so excited to see what the future holds!
